June 18, 2019 The Order of The Independent Jewish Crew of America (IJC) has announced the selection of its innovation fellows from across the country and membership slate for the 2019 term. The IJC Innovation Fellowship program offers emerging leaders an opportunity to engage in more advanced leadership and personal growth development while learning first-hand from senior Association officials. Fellows will dedicate a several hours each month to the program and in turn gain insight, skills and connections to prepare them for success in their future careers. Fellows were chosen through a competitive application process that included recommendations, essays, and interviews with IJC staff. Fellows will attend a one-day orientation in New York City where they will meet with IJC staff, receive leadership development and meet their cohort. 2019 Innovation Fellows
