Founding

It started as an exclusive group in the sunshine fields of Stroudsburg, PA. "The Crew" as was labeled by in-house representatives took on a posture and essence like no other faction. The Crew was established for its internal membership. 

2007

After a successful campaign in the summer of 2007, The Crew was merged with IJ Corporation. Izak Held became Chairman of the Board and the office of President, was created in which Yehuda Z. Herzberg served as the organizations first officer in chief. The IJ Crew Corporation (IJCC) extended membership on an invite only basis and added its first professional staff; Abe Mostofsky as Executive Director.  

2010

In 2010 IJCC became The IJ Crew Association, it was lead by President Judah Kaminer while it organized into a more efficient managerial structure doubling its director positions and increase in staff. IJ Crew opened enrollment on an admissions approval basis. Ami Kirschner was elected chairman, Office of the Dean was established, and Izak Held became the second Executive Director.

2014

A new generation of "IJC" members came about and took the helm of leadership. The office of President was changed to Chancellor when Gavi Smith took the 3rd officer in chief role. Jensen Grief became Chairman and together they increased staff and membership by nearly double the IJC previous numbers. Vice Chancellors were setup to lead the associations division to further advance the endeavors of The Association.

2017

IJC is under the new leadership of Chancellor Hannah Finkel, The Association's first female chief. She has tripled the size of the organziation; including an expanded regional outreach as well as the appointment of IJC Ambassadors. The last member of the founding team, Izak Held continues to serve as Dean. Sender Gross becomes third National Executive Director.

2020
