Our Beginnings
It started as an exclusive group in the sunshine fields of Stroudsburg, PA. "The Crew" as was labeled by in-house representatives took on a posture and essence like no other faction. The Crew was established for its internal membership in the begining and later opened up to the public. IJC is where business-minded young millennial professionals become the next generation of business, technology and pro-Israel leaders.
Formed by our chartered board in 2007, The IJ Crew Association ranges in all places over the U.S. and now expanding to offices overseas. Right now under the guidance of it's Lay & Professional leadership, IJC as come to be known is at the top of its game. In 2010, The IJ Crew Corporation was transitioned into an Association.

Membership
By being a member of The IJ Crew, you contribute to the joyous celebration, powerful leadership and strong attributes that the our community creates and has to offer. You help provide the very tangible support needed to carry out the mission that we try to setforth before our members. For us to provide an environment for the development we seek for our loyal followers, we have to remain responsible to the fiscal realities of running a Crew for them. While The IJCC would like to function on working energy alone, it takes the generous volunteer and financial support of our entire community to fund and manage our operations.
