WATH PROGRAM

Women At The Helm @IJC

​IJC has seen tremendous growth in the number of female leaders. 

To address this challenge head on, IJC launched its Women At The Helm (WATH) program under the leadership of Rebecca Eisen, former acting chairwoman of the Chartered Board.

WATH‘s mission is to publicize, sustain and grow encouragement for more female leaders and supporting women to pursue roles at The IJ Crew Association.

• 2009 first female elected to chartered board.
• 2013 Chancellor appoints highest female position as vice chancellor.
• 2015 Election of IJC's first female Chancellor
• 2016 IJ Crew doubles female leadership participation.
