​IJ Crew announces increase in regional office and territory outreach. Chancellor Hannah Finkel and Dean Izak Held have appointed Ariel Smith as associate executive director of regions and will also serve as eastern regional Ambassador. Smith will serve as the laison to all regions and be the direct contact and vision for the development of IJ Crew in our territorial spaces. Ms. Noa Nachmoni will also serve on the regional leadership team as assistant executive director of expansion, as she takes on her role as Israel regional Ambassador.

​They will work closely with our brand and chapter ambassadors and report to dean Izak Held. "As The Association thrives under our new leadership team, our expansion will see an increase of support and resources." Jensen Greif, chairman of the board, said. "The leadership team and chancellor's cabinet has already procured support in our current regions, enough to even start doubling staff in those territories" commented Izak Held, dean of the association and executive vice chancellor for human capital management.

The Association is very excited about the benefits and opportunities that lay in these new areas. The credibility of being a part of a nationally recognized organization adds to our partnerships across these areas where we have programs already happening.


Josh Munk, will continue his role as Southern Region Ambassador; Shira Krinsky as New England Region Ambassador; Joseph Miller, West Coast Region Ambassador; and Zev Schuman as Midwest Region Ambassador. The Association welcomes new territory administrators, Rabbi Asher Beniflah as Central East Region Ambassador; and Ms. Noa Nachmoni, Israel Region Ambassador. Ambassador Nachmoni recently served as a representative to IJC Israel and Rabbi Beniflah as an IT Director in national HQ.
