Fellows will dedicate a several hours each month to the program and in turn gain insight, skills and connections to prepare them for success in their future careers.
Fellows were chosen through a competitive application process that included recommendations, essays, and interviews with IJC staff. Fellows will attend a one-day orientation in New York City where they will meet with IJC staff, receive leadership development and meet their cohort.
