Izak J. Held II is the Chancellor of The Independent Jewish Crew Association of America, a post he has held since February 1, 2019. For three years prior to his current appointment, Chancellor Held was Executive Vice Chancellor, Dean and Ambassador to the South East Region. Held was an integral part of Chancellor Finkel's cabinet prior to assuming his post. He has served The Order as national executive director, chairman of the board, vice chairman of the board and vice chancellor for human capital management. Held has had positions with numerous organizations such as the chief recruitment officer at Real Clear Talent and a Vice President at the Heldwell Group of Companies. In his philanthropic endeavors, Held served as associate cantor at the Young Israel of Pelham Parkway and President and Chief Fellow of the Orthodox Cantorial Fellowship. He also served as an co-chairman of Young Jewish Conservatives, and as an Ambassador for Cigar Rights of America. Chancellor Held holds his BA and BBA from the City University of New York and State University of NY, an MBA from Shorter University and is an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR®). 2007 About: The Chancellor is the chief professional officer and enacts her visions of the association through her cabinet, the administration and professional staff. The Chancellor serves on the chartered board, the association's trustee's of governance. The IJ Crew Association is spearheaded by the Chancellor, who oversees all departments, offices, divisions and activities that the association offers. The Chancellor is nominated by a special committee, then elected by the chartered board in which after is appointed by it's chairman. The office of the chancellor's office was originally established as president and prior to that officer in charge. The office was changed to chancellor in 2014. FIRST CABINET OF THE CHANCELLOR HON.
